Hi, kernel 4.12 does not include the rpi3 DTB update. It is in 4.13 only. See: https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/arch/arm64/boot/dts/broadcom/bcm2837-rpi-3-b.dts?h=v4.13&id=738f859f520862e51a5662b03fb162524e09307b If all the other pieces are in 4.12, maybe just a DTS update will be enough? I do not know. Guillaume Le 02/09/2017 à 17:20, Freek de Kruijf a écrit :
Today I am pleasantly surprised to see the installation of the 4.12 kernel on my RPi3 with Tumbleweed.
Talk has been on this mailing list that this version would bring us support for WiFi. However I don't see any other network device other than lo and eth0.
How do I get a wlan0 device?
