[opensuse-arm] openSUSE:12.3:Ports now configure for native builds

JFYI, the openSUSE:12.3:Ports project is now configured for native building to workaround some reported problems there. I think, I saw also the error why it can't work with qemu in the config (an added Ignore: line to qemu-linux-arm package), but since 12.3 also building native, it is just consequent to do the same with the ports project.
