I can confirm there is no graphics on the HDMI port as the original poster indicated.
The OS seems to work OK on the serial port. Maybe a bit sluggish as compared to ubuntu on the built in flash, but that is just an impression, i.e. nothing scientific.
I would recommend to try 13.2/Factory. But, surprisingly, It is broken again.
Did you mean 13.1? I'm downloading openSUSE-13.1-ARM-JeOS-beaglebone.armv7l-1.12.1-Build38.9.raw.xz Might as well verify if it works. JEOS also can use the HDMI port, but only like a dumb terminal. For my purposes, I don't use the HDMI port anyway. I just loaded the XFCE disty to verify the OP was correct. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-arm+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-arm+owner@opensuse.org
