Theoretically the same place the official packages get published:
http://download.opensuse.org/ports/armv6hl/tumbleweed/images/
But something's broken with publishing images... The packages are published just fine, so I assume an OBS script is broken. Dirk, Adrian?
In the meantime you can either take a published image and update it to the latest Tumbleweed or download a newer image from OBS directly. E.g., for JeOS-raspberrypi click on the .raw.xz link and on the following page download the link in the title: https://build.opensuse.org/package/binaries/openSUSE:Factory:ARM/JeOS-raspbe...
`osc getbinaries` may also work.
if i click on the download repository i got e 404 Error http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/openSUSE:/Factory:/ARM/factory
Factory doesn't publish the same way normal projects do. Where would you expect it to point? armv6hl, armv7hl and aarch64 all go to different download locations from one repository. And you would only find published images there anyway, not the latest ones built. Which is why I described above how to download instead. Note that the download link may require to be logged in.
