[opensuse-arm] standard vs qemu repo in Factory

In case you do local builds for factory, you need to use the "qemu" repository from now on for factory builds. The "standard" one works only on native hardware. This is valid for armv7 and armv5 builds. Please note that the armv5el packages got merged into "standard" repository also. That means I will remove the old "armv5el" repository in near future.
