[opensuse-arm] network issues in ARM build worker network (build.opensuse.org)

Hi, not sure for how long, but there were network issues due to a misconfiguration on the admin server in the ARM build network that caused almost all jobs to fail with things like "connect to opensuse-src:5252 timed out" and similar issues. I only stumbled over it because I was watching a few jobs. This has been fixed now, if you're affected, feel free to rebuild (it doesn't seem to automatically rebuild).
