[opensuse-arm] [RFC] Add kernel-desktop for ARM

Hi, I would like to enable a kernel-desktop for ARM, especially for GFX images. I modified kernel-default by using CONFIG_PREEMPT instead of CONFIG_PREEMPT_NONE. Anything else to change?
