I'm using openSUSE-Tumbleweed-ARM-KDE-raspberrypi4.aarch64-2020.11.09-Snapshot2020111 1.raw.xz. Digging into things a bit more, display-manager.service says it's running, but we seem to be left at tty1 and none of the Ctrl+Alt+F<num> seems to present SDDM. Having logged in on tty1, startx works and gets me to the Plasma desktop. I'll prod a bit more tonight and maybe try one of the other image variants to see if it's only happening on the KDE one.
This is a known issue and can be overcome by adding nomodeset to the boot command.
