Multi-boot - WinXP 32, WinXP64, SuSE 9.0 64?
I'm looking for advice on setting up a multi-boot system .. MS WinXP 32bit, MS WinXP 64bit, and SuSE 9.0 64bit. I know if I create two partitions, first installing WinXP 32bit and on the second partition installing WinXP 64bit, I should get the boot option of which version of WinXP I want to load. How should I install SuSE 9.0 64bit in this configuration? If I install SuSE third, will GRUB see the 32bit and 64bit versions of WinXP and allow me to choose between them (or SuSE)? Thanks for the advice!
Short answer: Yes Both Windows versions use the same boot loader which will come up on the same way after correctly installing GRUB (having a single entry in GRUB). I have the same setup and it works. On Sun, 2004-02-15 at 18:18, dreadnought wrote:
