Would you be so kind to compare the md5sum of the file downloaded. What I have generates this:
$ md5sum ati-driver-installer-8.22.5-x86_64.run a24571ecb45b2a26092ef103d8eecefd ati-driver-installer-8.22.5-x86_64.run
mine is the same mikus

Thanks mikus, that definitely shows that something with that script is wrong, as I have SuSE 10.0 x86_64, pretty new install. And for some reason it does not show it as possible target. Dmitry, Ricardo, how about your installer, does it has the same md5sum? Does it report Suse as a target for building rpm? Thanks Sunny -- Svetoslav Milenov (Sunny)

It works here, 9.3 x86_64. joe@jmorris:~/RPM> md5sum ati-driver-installer-8.22.5-x86_64.run a24571ecb45b2a26092ef103d8eecefd ati-driver-installer-8.22.5-x86_64.run I installed it yesterday. It listed SUSE100-AMD64. -- Joe Morris Registered Linux user 231871

OK, thanks guys. Looks line I'm an exception from the rule. I filed a ticket with ati so they can investigate it (if they wish). For now, I installed it w/o rpm, and it works OK. Cheers -- Svetoslav Milenov (Sunny)
