Is anyone using Flash on their browser? I normally use Firebird. I can't seem to find a version of Flash that will work. Is there one? If so, where can I get it? Thanks! -- Tom Nielsen Neuro Logic Systems 1.805.389.5435 x18 www.neuro-logic.com

The konqui use flash plugin. On Suse DVD. Maybe you must scan for new plugins: KDE -> Kontrollcenter -> Network -> Web-Browser -> Plugins There is no shockwave player for linux. -- Ciao Marco, registered GNU/Linux-User 313353 Keine Macht George W.Bush und seiner Junta zur Ausbeutung, Unterdrückung, Weltmacht & 'BigBrother-watching'; kauft keine U$-Waren!

There is no 64bit flash plugin so far, and firebird can only use plugins of the same word size. Options are either using a 32bit version of Firebird or Konqueror which supports 32bit plugins in the 64bit version. -Andi

I've found swfdec-0.2.2 to work quite well. Successful compilation required applying swfdec-mozilla.patch found in Gentoo portage. http://swfdec.sourceforge.net/ http://ftp.scarlet.be/pub/gentoo-portage/media-libs/swfdec/files/swfdec-mozi... Maybe SuSE will include this in 9.2? Roy
