Hi, When I burn a CD data disc, or music, using K3b, it does so very promptly; and I am happy. But if burn three or four discs sequentially I notice that the process takes longer with each new disc. With a music disc it can take real play time to read the disc - i.e. a full hour. Has anybody else had this? Colin
Now I have just discovered that the last four music CDs I burnt have track information on them but no sound, and I cannot manually skip tracks. I'll have to burn a new data CD and see if it is readable afterwards. Looks like I will have to re-read all that discussion on "K3B killed my burner". Thanks for any feedback. K3b is just a frontend to other applications which do the actual image creation and burning. This sounds more like a (over)heating problem or a firmware problem with the drive. BB, Arjen
