Hi all, Has anyone gotten their Initio 9x00 series SCSI cards to boot on an AMD? I have a 9100 UW that will not boot. When boot with the install CD and attempt to install the driver, I get the following: i91u: PCI Base=0xD800, IRQ=5, BIOS=0xFF00, SCSI ID=7 i91u: Rreset SCSI Bus ... scsi1 : Initio INI-9X00U/UW SCSI device driver; Revision: 1.03g scsi : aborting command due to imeout : pid 134, scsi1, channel 0, id 0, lun 0 Inquiry 00 00 00 24 00 And there it stays (been there for about an hour now). I have no devices attached to this card. This card works fine under RedHat 8.0 in an HP Omnibook 800CT docking station, so I don't think it's the hardware. I have an Asus SK8N motherboard. I'm trying to install Suse 9.0 I downloaded about a week ago. BTW, Mandrake 9.2 for AMD exhibits this problem also.
