Hi all, How does one make SL 9.0 act as if one hit the "F2" key by default while booting? Thanks, -- David

/etc/sysconfig/bootsplash: SPLASH=no probably. One other nice way is to disable the frame buffer completely. Just remove the vga=... option in /boot/grub/menu.list. Then you will get an old style VGA text console. -Andi
