Hi Folks-- I have an MPG I made using Windows that's way too large. It's a rip from a VCR tape that I created using a Hauppauge DVR2 USB 2.0 external TV 'card'. The file is over 3Gb! I want to resample and convert it to a smaller format. Any recommendations for a Linux solution, or even an open-source Windows one? Thanks in advance :)
While messing around with the backup options in Yast, I've scheduled a backup job to run at 9:00PM and then again at midnight and 00:01. It seems that every time you change the schedule for the backups in Yast it doesn't delete the old schedule. How can I edit the scheduled times for the backups to run? I tried "crontab -u root -l" and there is nothing listed. Thanks, Steve --- [This E-mail scanned for viruses]
