If the system crashes with the nvidia driver, you're out of luck, we do not have the source for it and cannot help you further.

Dunno what the real problem of the original poster is, but I suppose he has the same problems I got after installing the nvidia driver with YOU. I got lots of crashes: sometimes after logging out the whole system became unresponsive, sometimes it stopped working (even ssh-ing in wasn't possible), once the machine just rebootet after starting <dunno which 3D game it was>. Unfortunately I only have one stacktrace in my logs - I attach it to this mail After Adding NvAGP 1 to the Device section in my XF86Config the problems disappeared. Regards Michael
