I've been attempting to install quake3 on my amd64 box but receive the follow error message when I run the install script:

Has anyone else run into this problem and know of a workaround? I'm running suse 9.1 for amd64, with the latest nvidia drivers installed.
Does it work with linux32 ./setup ? Some setup scripts check uname -m and don't expect x86_64 there. linux32 will fake i686 -Andi
