instant reset with suse 9.2 memtest bootmenu entry from the dvd no.1

hello, just tried to try the suse 9.2 dvd no.1 on an asus p4p800-e deluxe with some celeron-d. when i select the memtest from the bootmenu from the dvd no.1 on this system, it barely makes it into the text mode of memtest and resets the whole machine instantly. ...
