I don't know, if DRI drivers are good enough for him, then he would get much better 32bit compatibility with the radeon, for the time being, at least, until ATI coughs up an amd64 version of their drivers. Myself I can't say I'm very satisfied with the stability of nvidia's drivers, either, so it's not always that easy of a choice(I ended up switching FX5200 and Radeon 9000 a couple of times before settling on the Radeon :) --
