Has anybody tried apt-get for 9.3 recently? It seems to me that it has slowed down the past couple of months. The web site for apt-get for SuSE does not even mention the 64-bit 9.3, let alone 10.0. Here is my /etc/apt/sources.list file: # Start rpm ftp://mirrors.mathematik.uni-bielefeld.de/pub/linux/suse/apt/ SuSE/9.3-x86_64 update security rpmkeys rpm ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt SuSE/9.3-x86_64 kernel-of-the-day suse-projects rpmkeys base update-drpm update-prpm update samba3 suse-people kde misc packman x-ati mozilla suser-scorot suser-jmorris security-prpm security rpm-src ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/suse/apt SuSE/9.3-x86_64 kernel-of-the-day suse-projects rpmkeys base update-drpm update-prpm update samba3 suse-people kde misc packman x-ati mozilla suser-scorot suser-jmorris security-prpm security # End Any suggestions for faster downloads? Also, the repositories I have declared list an update for arts, but --after a long wait-- I get an error that the file cannot be retrieved from the repositories. CF
