Un Subscribing

Hi all I've been trying for six weeks to unsubscribe from this forum with no luck. I have done the unsubscribe process by the book numerous times and even get a confermation letter back but I still get deluged with the emails. Its been cloaging my mail server and need some help here if any one has any ideas. Thanks Phil
