i did the same, i updated all packages available for me except this kernel update, because i can't download 68MB with my modem connection :-( but i don't have any problems running YaST or updating the other packages, except this YaST Scanner thing - i can't download this.
The problem in David's case was a /var/adm/YaST/ProdDB/prod_* file From the 9.0 SATA UpdateCD which pointed to a 9.0 YOU path. Removing this was the solution. But your problem is a different one. We'll plan an update of the YOU core libraries the next days and then everything should be fine again. Currently we test that this situation does not appear with our update, Andreas

Here's the deal: 1. Upgrade to 9.1 from 9.0. Works great. Yeah! 2. Run You. Many updates, but the server's busy so I have to skip some such as the updated kernel. 3. Install what I get. Try to run you again. I get this error message: /usr/lib/YaST2/bin/y2base: error while loading shared libraries: /usr/lib64/liby2pm.so.2: undefined symbol: _2NE3Rep9rep_TotalE
Is there a fix, or am I your first ;-P
I haven't seen that. What packages did you update?
