I just purchased what looked like a very neat mouse for my laptop. The logitech V500 looked to be what I would like in a mouse for my laptop. However, I could not get Suse Linux 9.3 Pro to recognise the device. (uname -ar reports Linux genetraveller 2.6.11.4-21.7-default #1 Thu Jun 2 14:23:14 UTC 2005 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux) The usb port sees the device and reports it as a logitech receiver, but I cannot get the mouse to work. Is this a known issue or do I need to return the mouse? details lsusb -v -s 1:3 Bus 001 Device 003: ID 046d:c510 Logitech, Inc.
