hi list, I never had this problem before with a 32 bit machine. Thats the reason why I write this mail to the 64 bit list.
My amd 64 have no X11 ... therefor I cant play any movies with mplayer ... X11 is alway missing ... :-(

Yes, port 6000 is disabled on 9.1. But this is independend of architecture - and you can still run X without this.
