I proposed a few weeks ago a BoF which I will do with Manu with title: "Ambassador Program: Current status, potential changes and improvements". I think it is very similar with the one you propose so it think what you are talking about is covered. ;-) If you think otherwise please let us know.
Speaking directly to you both...
I re-read your proposal and it is good. Some suggestions:
1. Remember that your BoF is only about an hour long. BoFs need e very narrow focus or it won't accomplish much. If you have a lot of things to talk about, then consider breaking down the topics into 2 BoFs with specific goals. There needs to be an expected outcome. For example, we have several Marketing Bofs and hacksessions proposed, but they each have very specific purposes.
2. When I first read this the other day, I misread and thought it was a Talk and not a BoF. I think you both should definitely do a talk that is for the general openSUSE audience that explains what the ambassador program is and what we do in the past. Make it a very exciting presentation that inspires more people to sign up as Ambassadors.
Keep up the good work, guys!

I have an idea, please let me know what do you think of it, I am thinking on making a BoF about : Do we need a mentoring program or not? Bruno I am thinking you to be the 'We don't need it side, and me be the 'We need it' side, what do you think about it?

Jorge, I think you need to contact the ambassador welcome team first. For more info on that, please see section 2 of here: http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Ambassadors#How_do_I_join.3F As it says, you need to contact the welcome team first. As always, you are free to start promoting, however, in order to be an ambassador et al, you must contact the welcome team first. You can start promoting openSUSE whenever, but to be an ambassador, you must first do the above. Hope this helps you.
