According to http://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Ambassadors_events#2012 It looks like Oni Oladutun has claimed this one. I don't know whom this person is, but seems like we should contact him (or her?) to see what assistance is needed. The Tunisia event is also listed on this page, though I don't see any claimants yet.
