Tim this would be a great opportunity for you to give your first talk as an ambassador, maybe make a presentation of 11.4 or even if you like the openSUSE Project. If you need any help with the whole thing please let us know and be sure that we will help you with that. I will get back to you(maybe in a few hours) with some very useful links if you like,for now my jet-lag keeps me a bit confused, sorry :-(

Have you tried SUSE Studio? Need to create a Live CD, an app you want to package and distribute , or create your own linux distro.
