Am also planning to do a presentation as a representative of openSUSE on TCP/IP tuning.
Is there a recommended way to submit as part of openSUSE or should I do it separately? Seems to me last year presentations were often published based on orgs represented.
Just say you represent openSUSE when you submit a talk. It's of course a good idea to sync with whoever else is going. Richard has volunteered to ask for a booth; Alan Clark seems to be planning on being there, Chuck I suppose too. That gives you a team of 4 already. Now let's see who else wants to be there and make a splash :D /Jos

I know we loved being there this year, it was great time.
I am CC'ing our marketing join so they can see the call for papers and get into our next newsletters.
I submitted a couple session proposals. Hope others will as well.

Would be cool to go there again. The only bad things they do, was to organize it just 15 days before Fosdem (4.5 Feb)
