[opensuse-ambassadors] What to do after spread openSUSE?

Hi there, I'm an active member of the Mexican FLOSS community, I do talks and workshops in every congress, symposium and event that the universities invite me, but I think I missing something, I want to do more, what are you people doing in you local community to help the boys to develop skills that is going to be useful in their professional lifes? I'm thinking on online workshops, local groups of study to help with certifications, etc...
