I'm not seeing that.  The vendor is "openSUSE" for the packages already
installed, as well as the packages in the repo that zypper wants to
reinstall.

On a fresh 11.2 rc1 system, 'zypper dup' wants to reinstall 172
packages.  I did notice that they are all noarch packages.
