[radeonhd] 0x791F:0x1179:0xFF68: ATI Radeon X1250 (Embedded, Toshiba Satellite S355D-S7809)

This card has the RS690 chipset, shares the main system RAM, and was
fully functional under the old catalyst drivers. Under radeonhd the
display is perfect, the panel and VGA outputs are correctly
recognized. However, the card is not explicitly recognized by the
radeonhd driver and has no 3D support, even though the wiki says the
RS690 should be supported for 3D.
I spend about ten minutes attempting to add an entry to the hardware
table, but my attempts resulted in a blank screen and hard lockup,
though they did result in X -probe correctly recognizing the card.
