assign it to a virtual cd drive mount the drive run "sh VBoxLinuxAdditions.run"
should do the trick for you.
You would think it would. But my original post described how VBoxLinuxAdditions.run failed. I went with the solution of adding the various vbox guest RPMS from OBS instead. That seems to be working. Except that after a reboot of the guest, automatically mounting a shared drive does not happen. I need to mount it by hand in the guest... The main issue with that is that the file permissions (especially for the group) are not useful. -- Yours sincerely, Roger Oberholtzer Ramböll RST / Systems Office: Int +46 10-615 60 20 Mobile: Int +46 70-815 1696 roger.oberholtzer@ramboll.se ________________________________________ Ramböll Sverige AB Krukmakargatan 21 P.O.
