Panel is now a "widget"

<rt-clk> on screen
select "Unlock Widgets"
<rt-clk> on far right end of panel
select "Panel Settings"
grab "Screen Edge", center of 3rd panel up
pull to bottom of screen and release
<rt-clk> on screen
select "Lock Widgets"
