You may be using dhcp client to get an IP, and have it configured to get the 
host name from the dhcp
server. If you don't like that, enter network configuration (YaST) and change 
it.

Or, configure the dhcp server to give a different name to you - for this, read 
its documentation
(router?) or ask your network administrator.
