Sheese! ;) It's a lot easier than that. Set the Capture Mode to Window Under Cursor (this means the window under the cursor when the timeout expires or when you press Enter, for a 0 timeout) then check the Include Window decorations, lots easier than pixel-perfect dragging. Unless you have a 640x480 20" screen. Now we need a 'include desktop effects' checkbox too to get the drop shadow...
