The wiki article seems to be out of date. You can install gstreamer-0_10-fluendo-mp3 from packman.
I just installed libgstflump3dec.so to /usr/lib64 that is what gstreamer-0_10-fluendo-mp3 does, but Amarok takes to long to change tracks. Someone else with the same problem?
