How do I stop dolphin from scattering '.directory' files all over the
filesystem? I'm fairly certain that dolphin does this to remember how to
display a directory when remember each folder view is enabled. How do I
tell dolphin not to use this kluge but still remember each folder's

What's the setting?

View=>Show Hidden Files?
