Hello,
Using rsync to copy data, however I can't find the correct syntax to delete files on target server if they are no longer on the source server. Using;
rsync -rpvougtnR --delete /data/ user@remote_server:/data/
I use rsync -avz --progress --delete source:/path/ /path I'm usually pulling from a remote server to local instead of the other way around - but I've found that the trailing slash is significant (as is the lack of it on the destination). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Thank you, Jim.
