Not to mention the black eye it left Linux in general. For years Linux
has
claimed that it is ready as a desktop and a viable alternative to M$. KDE4
poked one hell-of-a finger in the eye of the community being released in the
condition and alpha state that it was. It's still just beta software --
period.
