Sure.....here's the list. And, I'm not the only one getting this.
NetworkManager-kde4-0.7.svn924744-59.1.x86_64 requires
NetworkManager-kde4-lang = 0.7.svn924744, but this requirement cannot be
provided
deleted providers:
NetworkManager-kde4-lang-0.7.svn924744-59.1.x86_64[@System]
[...]

Hmm, this list doesn't even mention patches, how did you generate it?
