Also, do you know how to re-arrange the order of the programs on the Favorites Application Launcher?

You can right click an icon on Favorites and sort it, or you can rearrange the icons manually by dragging the icons within the Favorites.

I've tried that but it when dragging it where I want to go, a universal no sign appears on the arrow and doesn't move anything. Right-mouse clicking on the icon brings up a menu with only one option: "Remove from favorites".
