It is here: http://download.opensuse.org/update/11.0/kernel-source-2.6.25.18-0.2.i586.rp... so you can use YaST and ask in Search field for kernel-source it will list you all available. If you use command line then you have answer by Henare. BTW, if you often call programs that require root password, it is easier to open console and switch user with: su - It will ask you for password once ;-) After that: yast2& or zypper in kernel-sources or whatever you want. I use sudo very seldom. Typing password all the time is not my favorite fun. Though, I watch carefully what user account I'm using.
