Dave,

        Thanks. I hope that it is just a mirror issue. It just seems really 
strange
that I have experienced this problem repeatedly over the past two or three
days. It it is a server issue, they usually clear up in 3-4 hours, but for some
reason I keep getting install failures. Maybe I'm just lucky??

        I'll continue to keep a watch on it and report back. Nothing like a 
simple 5
minutes file install that turns into a 5 hour investigation....
