While installing Fedora an option is available to change the disk order, is there something similar available in openSUSE 11 which I might have missed?
I don't recall how it was in openSUSE 10.3, but just that fact that I have it running proves that it was indeed possible.
Can anyone help in this regards please?

I had a major problem upgrading from 10.3 to 11.0 the reason being in 11.0 openSUSE recognizes hard drives in an inconsistent manner! If you have a mix of ide/sata, SCSI, or usb drives you will most likely install to one drive/partition but the system will boot looking for a *different* drive/partition.
