To hell it isn't. Dolphin has all but pushed Kong off the desktop
in KDE4. Its almost impossible to find the filemanager part
of Kong in KDE4.
Eh? Simply launch konqueror, and then type in / in the address bar... And I
still have the shortcut to File Manager - Super User Mode (Konqueror in my
menu).
