Firefoxx 2 something.

I just downloaded "Flashblock" 
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/433#support). Clicking 
there donwloads a "flashblock-1.5.6-fx.xpi" file, but I have no idea what 
to do to install the thing. No instructions that I can see on the mozilla 
site.
