Thank you, now I am again one step closer to normal operation.
The step of troltech makes it possible to start compiz-manager by hand.
Your solution makes it possible to start compiz by the "Compiz Fusion Icon"

The cube rotates, but I have no effects and no windowborders and some windows
are only partial functional. The effects of the themes (emerald) are not 
visible.

The command  compiz --replace ccp & gives the following output.

its not in the filelist of the nvidia package.
