I live in Argentina, Buenos Aires.My ISP is Telefonica-Speedy 1 MB ---> 60 u$s
The service is very bad. They leak, I deal and the attention to the
client is very deficient.

Unlimited. Speeds are good, although I can't quote any figures (i.e.
they're good enough that I've never paid any attention)
