Yes, both rapip:/ or rapip://pocket_pc2 work for me.

I did it by adding -L/opt/kde3/kcemirror to the command from make
file. Also no luck.
What happens when you start kcemirror? In my case (I tried it from
command line), it looks like that:

kcemirror pocket_pc2
Synce: true
ForceInstall: false
[CeGetSystemInfo:105] last_error = 0
[CeCreateProcess:37] last_error = 2
[CeCreateProcess:39] result = 0
kcemirror: Could not contact PDA pocket_pc2
