All that is old news, and off topic (and it was not the reason, but I will
not argue the point, less of all here).
Plus, I seriously object to anybody emailing large emails in html, with
photographs, to this email list. Your email had 48Kbytes, that's too much.
There are still people around using modems and others paying per the
minute of connection.
